Drury Plaza Hotel Savannah Pooler

This was our first time staying at this hotel and we were very happy with our stay. My husband could not believe you served a dinner every night plus the one free drink. We only expected the breakfast in the morning, so this was a pleasant surprise! The staff was very helpful and friendly, the place was clean and welcoming, the grounds were in good shape. We loved the sofa outside to sit on and visit with other guest. Loved all the couches in the foyer area as well. I felt safe and at ease staying there. The room was clean and smelled amazing! No musty odor from carpet or AC unit. The bed was very comfortable, slept well every night. The bathroom was clean and I really like the way the shower was designed, with the water control knob being in the back where you step in and only have the partial plexiglass. If I would change anything it would be that the partial plexiglass not be clear, maybe some kind of etch on it, that way if you're taking a shower and someone needs to use the bathroom, you're not standing there naked for them to see! Yes, I'm very modest! Overall, we were very happy with our stay. I would have to say this is one of the nicest hotels I have every stayed in for the price to be so affordable (especially with all the amenities) 5 Stars all the way! Thank you!!

This hotel is exceptionally clean inside and out. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! Just about everything you could want was provided. The bar restaurant was a plus and 5 stars to our waitress. Drinks were cold and the food was delicious. The only thing I would suggest that I didn't see would be a tip jar for the breakfast crew. They did a fabulous job keeping the food, plates, and silverware replenished and again everything was super clean. I love that dogs are welcome, my little pooch had the time of his life with all the attention he received from other patrons. This hotel is the perfect getaway!

Very clean, nice modern decor

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were all warm and welcoming. The breakfast was quite nice for free and offered eggs, sausage, potatoes, grits, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fresh fruit, fruit salad, pancakes, and more. We saw a nice gym facility but didn't have time to try it out. I also thought the location was very convenient and easy to find for travelers coming from the interstate. I'd never heard of this chain before but would recommend it highly after this experience!
